Availabilities and prices

You will find, for each gîte, a calendar concernig the availabilities and an other concerning the prices according to the period.

As soon as you announce us your wish to reserve, we send you a renting contract through the reservation service of Gîte de France. All you have to do is to follow the modes of confirmation concerning your resevation.

On our side, we will welcome you the day you will arrive and we will make a visit of the place together.

A deposit (of guarantee) will be asked to you when you arrive and given back the day of your departure: the deposit is of 150€ up to 7 persons and 300€ beyond 7 persons.

As Ty Lou and Ty Tan are two adjoining gîtes, we can't accept pets.

More than renting prices, you need to foresee some charges and options:

 

• The electric consumption

Each gîte has its own meter. We will make a statement when you arrive, and a statement and payment of the electric consumption at your departure . For winter, the gîtes are heated with controlled inertia radiators of the last generation.

• The firewood

During the winter, we put a little reserve of wood at your disposal to make a bit of fire. However, if you want to use the fireplace in a more intensive way, you can buy some more wood.

• Bed linen

We don't give sheets automaticaly. We suggest it as an extra, for the price of 9€ for each set of bed linen for the week.

• Housework

You will find a clean gîte when you come. At your departure, we thank you for doing the housework, so that the next holidaymakers can be as satisfied as you were. If you want it, we can plan to do the housework at your departure for a sum of 50€ for Ty Lou and 75€ for Ty Tan. In each case, if you didn't do the housework at your departure, those sums will be asked.

• Baby

If you need a highchair, a bed, a pushchair, a baby chamberpot, a babybath, we can put it at your disposal free of charge.
