The story of Ty Kern is a story like many in our countryside.

But through it, we foresee the great rich agricultural periods of the region (the size and the architecture of the farm proves that it was the property of well-off people), the french revolution, the rural exodus and the extreme poverty of the XIXth and XXth century, then the renewed interest for countrysides and nature at the beginning of this century.
